These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors) of the International Conference on Trends and Advances in Factories of the Future, organized by Dr. Sumit Kumar Maiti.

By registering for the conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions
Registration
- Registration is required for all participants. The registration process must be completed through the conference website by the specified deadlines.
- Payment of the registration fee (if applicable) must be made in full before access to the conference is granted.
- The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizers.
Participation
- Participants must wear their conference badges at all times during the event.
- The Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Program Changes
- The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, and venue.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
Liability
- The Organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the conference.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses.
- The Organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to travel and accommodation providers.
Intellectual Property
- All content presented at the conference, including but not limited to presentations, papers, and workshops, is the intellectual property of the respective authors and/or the Organizers.
- Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the conference without the prior written consent of the respective author and/or the Organizers.
Data Protection
- The Organizers are committed to protecting participants' personal data and will handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- By registering for the conference, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and managing the event.
- Participants may receive communications from the Organizers regarding the conference. Participants can opt-out of such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.
Recording & Photography
- The conference sessions may be recorded, and photographs may be taken for promotional and archival purposes.
- By participating in the conference, participants consent to being recorded and photographed and waive any claims regarding the use of such recordings or photographs.
Governing Law & Juuridiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, IN.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, IN.
Amendments
- The Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to participants and posted on the conference website.
